Beginning an exercise plan can be discouraging at first and finding motivation to get started may be low. Or, you may need a reason to get you to the gym.
With a personal gym session, I will meet you at the gym for a sixty-minute gym session. We will split up your sixty minutes between cardio and strength training, depending on your goals.
We will work together to build a routine and a great habit together.
